Abu Mazen: J Was Palestinian

abaslPA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) on Tuesday the eve of Xmas 2013 welcomed visitors to Beit Lechem and extended his good wishes to the Christian community.

The PA leader said that J was in Bethlehem 2,000 years earlier and therefore, “he was a Palestinian and has become a guiding light to millions since that time. This is just like we the Palestinian people are fighting today for our freedom 2,000 years too late. We are doing our best to following his path.”

Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmer suggests that Abu Mazen engage in some fact checking. “Abbas needs to delve into the New Testament before making such statements. However we forgive him because he doesn’t know what he is doing.”

  1. Does he realize that he just acknowledged that Jews have some right to [what the Romans named the region, to sound less Jewish] “Palestine”?

  2. Considering the gospel is chock full of anti jewish statements and is the original source for much of the anti semitic sentiment expressed in the world today, he is right on the mark considering j one of theirs.
