Buses have stopped running in many areas and roads to the Million Man Atzeres area have been closed to vehicle by police. At 14:30, about 90 minutes ahead of the planned start of the major tefilla event, buses continue rolling into the city. Unfortunately, according to reports from Bnei Brak and elsewhere, Egged is doing a less than admirable job meeting the demand of the unprecedented number of people from around Israel making their way to the event.
