The seventh annual Talmonim Run took place on erev Shabbos in the Binyamin Regional Council district in Shomron. EMS personnel from Ichud Hatzalah and Magen David Adom were on hand.�The race is an annual event in memory of Ro�i Arbel HY�D, who was murdered ten years ago on his way home to the community of Talmon. He is survived by a wife and five children.
