Chesed of Lakewood is taking registration for the last few fully subsidized CPR courses for teachers and caregivers this season, as part of the 2014 Summer CPR for Teachers Program. The courses will take place next week and are separate classes for men and women. The course is a comprehensive, one time three hour session which includes education on adult and child CPR, as well as choking and use of the AED machine, a newly required item in New Jersey schools. All participants will receive a 2 year American Heart Association certification upon satisfactory completion of the session.
All teachers, babysitters and caregivers without CPR training are urged to act upon this excellent opportunity immediately and contact the Chesed of Lakewood office for further information.
Once again, this is a free of charge CPR training for those who are accepted to participate, Chesed of Lakewood coordinators encourage teachers to take advantage of this opportunity before the school year begins. To register contact Chesed of Lakewood at 732 901 0482 ext 3 or [email protected]
