To date, Bayit Leumi has been steady in the polls, with 16 seats. On occasion they earned even more. Actually, following Operation Protective Edge polls showed the party with 20 seats. They dropped to 18 and then to 16, where the party seems to be remaining over the past weeks.
Today however, party officials are growing increasingly concerned over the possibility of losing votes in two directions. The so-called dati leumi light may migrate to Yesh Atid as that party has launched an aggressive campaign to bring in the dati leumi voters. On the other side, the chareidi dati leumi voters may migrate to Yachad, which is now a lineup of Eli Yishai, Yoni Chetboun and Rabbi Moshe Hager.
The party hit a slump following its primaries and officials fear that with Yachad and Yesh Atid working hard to pull potential Bayit Yehudi voters, the party’s numbers may being to slide.

Note that Israeli parties campaign against those most similar to themselves in ideology, but then have to work together with those same parties after the election to form a coalition. No wonder the science of “game theory” flourishes in Israel.
coalition is an anomaly.Each works for his own power. Nobody is working for the good of the people. If they were, there wouldn’t be so many parties.
yachad would score iff they add an american and/or a socioeconomic advocate to their list
“Rabbi” Piron shr”y, the “DL” leader in Yesh Atid will soon be facing police investigation (for alledgedly having been enmeshed in Leiberman’s party corruption scandals)
