The accompanying surveillance video shows a four-year-old boy being struck by a vehicle on Route 754 near Kfar Kana in northern Israel. In the video we can see the child get up and try to run away.
The child was transported to the Italian Hospital in Nazareth for observation. The driver of the vehicle was taken into police custody.

In the video you dont see where the child comes from. He just seems to appear in the middle of the road.
