Who is paying what would appear to be a substantial amount of money so that a few Koahanim can make their way up to daven at the kever of Rav Nachman?? I doubt that the public works department of the local government in Uman has decided to subsidize the Breslov unless they expect to get more nachman groupies to drop a few million more NIS during this annual Rosh Hashana pilgrimage.
