Two weeks after sustaining a major hemorrhagic stroke, former President Shimon Peres� condition has taken a sharp turn for the worse on Tuesday afternoon 24 Elul.

The update from Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer stated that his condition �dramatically worsened� and the assessment of physicians is that he sustained �irreversible neurological impairment�.
