For The First Time Ever, MBD to Speak, Not Sing, at Parnassa Seminar

The Jewish community is accustomed to hearing Mordechai Ben David’s powerful and melodious voice on stages national and international, local and distant. But we haven’t quite had the honor of hearing the star singer, star as a guest speaker, with nary a single note to even whet his listeners’ appetite. What he will be doing though, may be just as important, and just as entertaining. The renowned singer will be regaling his listeners with his personal story of how he managed to turn his own talent into a lucrative career. And he will be offering his take on how others, with innate talent, no matter in which sphere or domain, can channel their talents and passion into an income-generating full-fledged career.

In addition to MBD, an entire lineup of successful entrepreneurs, experts, and advisors will be sharing their expertise and strategies for success in attracting and building income, whether as an employee, entrepreneur, or established business owner. In today’s depressed economy, a constructive seminar of this caliber is a decidedly welcome development. And despite what they say that “it takes money to make money”, considering that most people who will be tuning in are majorly cash strapped these days, the fact that there is no charge to participate is an added bonus — probably made possible by the fact that the event is being hosted by the Ptex Group, a marketing agency who will be participating as both host and participant in the Parnassa Seminar, to help promote the live drawing of the Parnassa Raffle. The Parnassa Raffle, a project created to support Mosdos Bobov in Eretz Yisroel is raffling off a grand prize of $130,000 (payable in weekly installments of $1,250). Smaller monthly and seasonal prizes had already been awarded in the months leading up to the grand prize drawing.

The idea for a Parnassa Seminar came about when participants who received a monthly email from ParnassaRaffle.org highlighting pertinent and encouraging parnassa related facts, had inundated the organization with requests for maximizing on this informative aspect, both in the amount of information provided as well as the frequency. A comprehensive Parnassa Seminar with live, practical content on parnassa related issues was seen as the perfect culmination to a raffle that bills itself as “The Parnassa Raffle”.

The event’s organizers promise an out-of-the-box seminar that’s fun, informative, and practical with take-away tips that can be applied to real-life parnassa challenges. The event will be taking place on Tuesday, June 22nd from 8:00-12:00 p.m., via a live, online and telephone broadcast. More information can be obtained at the organization’s website: www.parnassaraffle.org.
