Mayor Michael Bloomberg plans to meet with President Obama to talk about infrastructure projects along with California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell.
The meeting, set for Friday at the White House, is part of Bloomberg’s work with the two governors on the Building America’s Future coalition. The group advocates for a strong national investment in infrastructure projects.
For Bloomberg, who toyed with running for president as an independent last year, it will be his first meeting with the president since Obama took office.
