Robert Ellis, the third suspect in the shootings of two NYPD officers was captured Thursday morning in Tannersville, Pennsylvania near the place where another suspect, Dexter Bostic, was arrested on Wednesday. WCBSTV sources say that a bloodhound picked up Ellis’ scent. He saw police and initially tried to run, but did not resist when he was captured by officers. Click HERE to watch WCBSTV video.
