The strike affecting Kein Tzipor kindergartens in the chareidi city of Elad has come to an end. Parents on Thursday morning, 15 Iyar, were informed that the kindergarten teachers have returned to work and the kindergartens are once again operational.

Histadrut National Labor federation officials announced the dispute surrounds the desire by employees to unionize. It now appears the heads of the Kein Tzipor chain has agreed to enter into negotiations with labor leaders and that kindergartens would remain open pending the outcome of these talks.
