Border police arrested a resident of PA (Palestinian Authority) controlled Hizme, which is near the Pisgat Ze�ev Checkpoint in the northern capital.

It is reported that while the suspect was unarmed, he was arrested based on intelligence information that he was planning to commit a terror attack in Tel Aviv.

The suspect was turned over to the custody of the Shin Bet for interrogation.
