PHOTOS: Health Minister Yaakov Litzman And Mayor Nir Barkat Visit School To Promote Eating Healthy

Health Minister Yaakov Litzman and Mayor Nir Barkat visited schools in the city as part of the “Jerusalemites Opt for Healthy” eating healthy program in the nation’s schools.

Their message is “Cholesterol and sugar are out and fruits and vegetables are in”.

Visiting the Tali Ramat Moriah School, Litzman explained the healthy revolution which begins with the little ones through high school. This he explains will compel a “healthy cafeteria” which will offer a large array of fruits and vegetables. There will be a greater emphasis on running and working out as well to keep students in shape.
