PHOTOS: United Hatzalah Welcomes 20 New EMTs In Kiev

An impressive ceremony took place at the Chabad Central Synagogue in the city of Kiev, Ukraine, where 20 emergency medical technicians (EMTs) have completed their training and will join the rescue network of United Hatzalah.

The ceremony was attended by: Vice President of the European Parliament Mr. Greg Loginsky, Vice President of United Hatzalah Eli Pollak, Executive Director of UH Moshe Teitelbaum, UH Deputy Director Lazar Heiman, Chief Rabbi of Kiev Rabbi Moshe Reuben Asman, VIPs and Ukrainian officials.
