A 50-year-old woman was found stabbed to death in her Netanya apartment on Wednesday night. Emergency medical staff from Magen David Adom and United Hatzalah responded to the scene and attempted to resuscitate the woman but it was to no avail. Paramedics were forced to pronounce her death at the scene due to the severity of the injuries that she sustained.

The police spokesperson issued a statement that said: “We are investigating all options with regards to this case.”

Israeli media sources said that one possible suspect under investigation by the police is the woman’s husband.
