Border police stationed at the Ma’aras HaMachpelah late Monday night apprehended a PA (Palestinian Authority) resident entering the holy site while concealing a box cutter knife. He was arrested and taken for questioning. B’chasdei Hashem there were no injuries.

The man set off the magnetometer and after removing all metallic objects from his person, he entered it again, and once again it signaled he was concealing something metallic. When border police checked his body, they found the knife.
