Thousands of mispallalim are expected in Uman at the tziyun of Rav Nachman of Breslov for Shabbos Chanukah.

As every year, thousands of mispallalim will spend the Chanukah and Shabbos Chanukah in Uman as Breslov Chassidim congregate at the tziyun on Shabbos Chanukah.

United Hatzalah (UH) reports its personnel, EMTs and paramedics, stand ready to provide a response to medical emergencies should they arise. Elkana Levi, the second in command for United Hatzalah in Uman reports that the emergency number in the Ukraine is 063-800-1221. The UH dispatcher will send the closet available team.

Officials adds that it is winter and persons coming for Chanukah would be wise to dress appropriately and be prepared for now, lots of it.
