Manslaughter Indictment Filed Against Jewish Youth In Fatal Attack That Claimed The Life Of A Palestinian Mom

The Central District Attorney’s Office filed an indictment against a 16-year-old teen from the Binyamin Regional Council region in Shomron, charging him with manslaughter under circumstances of terror, stone throwing at vehicles in aggravated circumstances under terrorist circumstances, and intentional sabotage of a vehicle in circumstances of terror.

The main suspect has been in custody since December 30, 2018. His remand was extended several times. Other students from the Pri Haaretz Yeshiva in Rechalim were arrested too, however they have since been released to house arrest for six days.

According to the criminal indictment, on Friday, October 12th, the accused had an idea for a new form of entertainment on the hilltop adjacent to Route 60, the main area vehicular thoroughfare, between Rechalim and Tapuach Junction. The accused picked up a stone weighing almost 2kg and acting out of an ideology against Arabs, attacked an Arab vehicle, waiting until he was able to identify a passing vehicle as being Arab and not Jewish.

At the same time, PA (Palestinian Authority) resident Aisha Rabi, a mother of eight, was being driven by her husband in a vehicle passing by and the stone was dropped on the vehicle, which traveled about 100 KPH (60 KPH) as the suspect identified as a Palestinian vehicle. Their nine-year-old daughter was in the vehicle too, seeing her mother being mortally wounded and dying a short time later. The driver continued to the nearby Tapuach Checkpoint and Rabi was transferred to a local PA medical facilty, where she was pronounced dead.

The indictment adds that the defendant hurled the rock with great force, wishing to make sure he hurt the passengers, “with indifference to the possibility of causing their death”.

The state requests the suspect be held without bail pending the outcome of the trial.

The suspect remained silent during questioning, refusing to cooperate. However, when ISA (Israel Security Agency/Shin Bet) agents presented him with the forensic evidence gathered at the scene, he explained that he and his friends from yeshiva were hiking in the area, as they often do, and that is why his DNA was on the stone that was used in the fatal attack.

  1. Yankelle let me turn the question around: Are they also going to start indkcting the hubndreds of arabs who throw stones at us on a DAILY basis? And they deff. have intention to kill!

  2. DNA is a nice buzz word. But there is no such thing as finding DNA. What is found are body cells that are opened to sequence the DNA. This raises the question of what body cells were found? The only ones that could be at all incriminating would be skin cells from the palm of a hand. Now how likely is it that skin cells would stick to a rock after it has been thrown through a window and bounced around in a car?
Also, when were these cells discovered? If it was immediately after the incident, then why were the other boys abducted and tortured? They had their villain, why look further? If much later, then how reliable can this be? How many people handled this rock and what else was found on it?
Let us not forget that these are the same thugs that when they could not break the children with torture, invented a phony video of a flag burning and swastika desecration.
The only reason they want to keep this boy locked up for the next year or so while this trial drag on is to further torture him until he breaks and confesses. This is what gangster governments do when backed into a corner.

  3. We are going to need some guidelines to determine when it is “the beginning of the flowering of our redemption” and when it’s a gangster government.

  4. Another injustice of the Yebsektsia of the secular dictatorship in Errets Israel.

Everyone should note: In all cases (!) That Jews came to the police with rocks thrown at them by Arabs, the police claimed that it was not possible to take Forensic evidences from stones …

    Big shcoyech to Aryeh Zelasko

  5. THE ISRAELI GESTAPO HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO FAKE THIS EVIDENCE BY TAKING SAMPLES OF HIS DNA AND STICKING IT TO THE ROCK. WHERE IS THE CHAIN OF EVIDENCE REQUIRED IN COUNTRIES WHERE THE RULE OF LAW APPLIES. ?
    FAKE NEWS!
