Tel Aviv Police Act As Lawyer Is Suspected Of Defrauding Clients

Police in the Tel Aviv district received numerous complaints against an attorney who allegedly defrauded clients.

Police launched an investigation, which led to the arrest of a 73-year-old Ramat Gan attorney who allegedly defrauded clients who were seeking damages for injuries sustained in accidents. The plaintiffs explain that the attorney took most of the money awarded to them. When they approached her for the money received in the case, they were met with excuses but never received the money.

Police allege the attorney withheld some 1.5 million shekels from clients. She was arrested on Monday and was going to be arraigned in the Tel Aviv Magistrate Court.

  1. It is impossible to decipher your headlines.
Please read them before printing them.
At least, put a comma after the word Act.
Otherwise, it appears that the police are acting like lawyers with poor English skills.
