Police responding to Meah Shearim were pelted with rocks by dozens of males in Meah Shearim. No injuries are being reported.

Israel is filing a complaint with the United Nations against Syrian after the latter moved tanks into the demilitarized zone near the Quneitra Crossing to oust rebel forces. Israel fears that area may now remain with a military presence.

A UN commander of the peacekeeping force along the Golan Heights says they will remain in place despite one member being injured by a mortar shell earlier in the day.
