US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman visited Hagaon HaRav Chaim Kanievsky, Hagaon HaRav Gershon Edelstein and Hagaon HaRav Berel Povarsky in Bnei Brak on Wednesday, Chol Hamoed Pesach.
Friedman asked the Ponovez Roshei Yeshiva to Daven for President Donald Trump. Rav Gershon responded that the United States is a “Medina Shel Chessed” and of course he Davens for their wellbeing.
Friedman spoke with Rav Berel about Birchas Kohanim, as the Ambassador is a Kohen.
