SEE THE X-RAY: NIS 10 Coin Removed From Child’s Throat In A Northern Israeli Hospital

Doctors at a Terem emergency clinic in Carmiel treated a two-year-old child with a NIS 10 coin struck in his throat. He was brought in to the emergency clinic by his parents, who realized he was in pain and something was bothering him.

When they arrived at the Terem clinic, the child was checked and it appeared that he had a foreign object lodged in his throat, as was confirmed by x-ray.

The child was sent to a hospital, where a minor invasive procedure was performed to remove the coin.
