The Peri Share the Burden Bill passed in its first reading in a 64-21 vote.

A Syrian mother and daughter who were wounded in the Syrian civil war were transported to Ziv Hospital in Tzfas during the night where they are listed in moderate condition. They suffer from factures and shrapnel injuries. The hospital has treated 43 Syrians since Israel began accepting victims of the civil war.

Israel Radio: Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu was involved in the granting of bogus semicha certificates to members of Israel Police even though he was not indicted at the time.

A man and woman are dead following a shooting incident in a legal office in Binyan Klall next to Shuk Machane Yehuda in Yerushalayim. The shooting was the result of a dispute. The shooter was apprehended.

13:04:

A new law will ease travel for passengers with baby carriages. One no longer has to close a baby carriage to avoid paying a second fare on local buses. This only applies to urban lines and not during rush hour
