PHOTOS: Fire In Jerusalem Building Used By A Yeshiva


There was a fire in a building being used by a yeshiva on Jerusalem’s HaNevi’im Street on Monday afternoon.

Five fire apparatus responded, and a tower-ladder was deployed to get persons out of the building.

Firefighters were fearful that the building was in danger of collapsing as they worked the fire. Firemen were also concerned the fire would spread to adjoining buildings and appropriate measures were taken to avoid this.

B’chasdei Hashem there were no reports of injuries.
