A terrorist on a tractor or type of bulldozer rammed into people, parked cars and a bus on Jaffa Road near Sarei Yisrael Street in the capital. The bus flipped over as a result and it appears a major portion of the bus was destroyed. Preliminary reports indicate as many as 30 people injured and at least one fatality. The terrorist was shot dead. Details to follow as they become available.
