The Arabs are accusing IDF soldiers of unjustifiably shooting and critically wounding a 40-year-old mentally impaired resident of Na�alin on Monday.

According to the Office of the IDF Spokesperson, an investigation into the incident reveals the soldiers acted properly. It is explained the force entered a home in the village to make an arrest when the suspect attempted to grab the weapon from a soldier. A rubber bullet was fired, penetrating the victim�s eye and lodging in his brain. He is hospitalized in a PA hospital in Ramallah.

The IDF rejects allegations that soldiers fired without justification and it appears the military is standing behind the soldiers involved in the incident.
