Israel Police and Shin Bet forces on Friday night arrested the two brothers of the terrorist who carried out the murderous terror attack in northern Israel on Friday.
The two brothers, aged 30 and 33, were arrested in an agricultural area near the town of Arraba in the Galil.
According to the police, the terrorist, Ahamad Abu Al-Rub, 34, from the Palestinian town of Qabatiya, worked illegally in Israel for years and had no serious prior security offenses. He lived with his two brothers, who also worked in Israel illegally.
Al-Rub, 34, who was shot and wounded after the attack, has been released from the hospital and transferred to the Shin Bet for investigation.
The terrorist’s Arab-Israeli employer was arrested shortly after the attack. The terrorist had used his employer’s vehicle to carry out the attack.
A court-issued gag order has been imposed on all details of the investigation until January 26, 2026.
