Attorney General Menachem Mazuz has scrapped complaints filed against Yisrael Beitenu Party leader MK Avigdor Lieberman filed by Arab MKs Talab al-Sana and Dr. Ahmed Tibi.

The complaints followed Lieberman�s statement to them, �We will deal with you like we deal with other Hamas terrorists�. The two feel he should be charged for violating laws prohibiting incitement.

An assistant to the attorney general stated Lieberman�s statements are not the most fitting for the public arena but there are no laws being broken.
