A rally will be held outside the Defense Ministry on Kaplan Street in Tel Aviv on Thursday night, beginning at 7:00pm. The rally will mark three years on the Gregorian calendar since IDF soldier Gilad Shalit was taken captive by Hamas terrorists in a cross-border terror attack in the Kerem Shalom area.

Killed in the attack were Lt. Chanan Barak HY�D and Sgt. Pavel Slotzker HY�D.

Mr. Noam Shalit, his father, released a statement on Wednesday that he has lost faith in the government and the system, calling on the nation�s leaders to begin translating statements into actions.
