While visiting the community of Modi’in on Tuesday, President Shimon Peres stated Israel and the PA (Palestinian Authority) must return to the negotiating table. He added that “without the clouds of war, Israel can look fantastic, like Modi’in on a sunny day”.

The president also delivered an address in a city school for 600 students.
