Matthew Munoz, a U.S. citizen wearing an anti-ICE shirt, was arrested by Border Patrol agents Tuesday in downtown Los Angeles. He is accused of assaulting a federal officer by spitting on them during an immigration operation last month and has been previously arrested over a dozen times.
