Putin warned Friday that any foreign troops deployed to Ukraine � even peacekeepers � would be treated as �legitimate targets� by Russia. Meanwhile, Russia launched 157 drones & 7 missiles overnight, hitting homes in Dnipro and cutting power in Chernihiv. Ukraine says 121 drones were�intercepted.
