More than 140 U.S. victims and families of those killed or wounded in Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023 attack are suing Hamas, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Iran, Syria & North Korea, seeking $7 billion in damages. The suit alleges the countries provided support for the massacre that left 1,200 dead and 251 abducted.
