Sephardic Chief Rabbi Hagaon HaRav Yitzchak Yosef, responding to a question from MK Moshe Arbel, ruled that one who sees President Trump should recite the Bracha — without mentioning Hashem’s name — “שנתן מכבודו לבשר ודם”.
