TRUMP: “From what I understand, they took out an Israeli soldier… I just heard about it a little while ago. They killed an Israeli soldier, so Israel hit back, and they should. When that happens, they have every right to respond.”

REPORTER: “Does that raise concerns about the ceasefire? Could this jeopardize it in any way?”

TRUMP: “No, nothing’s going to jeopardize it. You have to understand, Hamas is a very small part of peace in the Middle East, and they have to behave. They’re on the rough side, but they said they would be good, If they are good, they’ll be happy and If not, they’ll be terminated, and they understand that.”
