The IDF says it has eliminated Hamas financial terrorist Abdel Hay Zaqout in the same Gaza City airstrike two weeks ago that killed Hamas deputy military chief Raed Sa’ad.

According to the military, Zaqout funneled tens of millions of dollars to Hamas’s military wing over the past year.
