Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi arrived in Beirut for meetings with Lebanese officials. Speaking at Rafik Hariri International Airport, Araghchi addressed tensions with Israel, saying Iran is “fully prepared for any scenario.” He added, “We do not seek war, but we are ready for it, and we are also ready for negotiations based on mutual interests and respect. When the Americans accept that negotiation is not the same as dictation, serious talks can begin.”
