U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem announced that body cameras will be issued immediately to all agents and officers operating on the ground in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She said the program will be expanded nationwide to all DHS law enforcement—including CBP and ICE—as funding allows.
