A judge on the U.S. Court of International Trade has ordered the Trump administration to begin the process of refunding more than $130 billion in tariffs collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), following the Supreme Court�s February 2026 ruling striking down the tariffs. The Trump administration is expected to appeal.
