India’s Ministry of External Affairs has urged Indian nationals in Iran to shelter in place, with the embassy advising them to remain indoors for 48 hours and avoid electrical and military sites, while the State Department ordered all government personnel from the U.S. Embassy in Manama, Bahrain, to shelter in place.
