An Arab Israeli woman from Nazareth has been charged with spying for Iran, with prosecutors alleging she photographed sensitive military sites and infrastructure across Israel and passed the information to an Iranian handler in exchange for payment via cryptocurrency.
According to the indictment, she maintained contact with the agent for months, carried out multiple assignments, and had access to Transportation Ministry systems through her job. Authorities say she also sent messages discussing potential attacks, as prosecutors seek to keep her in custody pending legal proceedings.
