Iran’s Tasnim News Agency said Tehran currently has no plans to hold negotiations on Friday and that there has been no change in Iran’s position regarding participation in the talks.

Meanwhile, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei said no final decision has been made on a new round of negotiations, citing mixed and confusing messages from the United States as the main reason for the uncertainty.
