BREAKING: Judge Suppresses Key Evidence in Luigi Mangione Murder Case

Luigi Mangione has secured a partial legal victory after a judge ruled that evidence recovered from his backpack at a McDonald’s must be suppressed in court.

That suppressed evidence reportedly includes a loaded gun magazine, cellphone, passport, wallet, and a computer chip allegedly seized during the search. However, the ruling does not exclude the firearm police say was used in the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, which was recovered at a different time and remains admissible.
