FLATBUSH – UPDATE: The patient trapped following the MVA at Ocean Parkway, and Avenue J has been successfully extricated by FDNY crews and is being transported by EMS to a nearby hospital. Flatbush Hatzoloh and the NYPD were on scene as well. Minor injuries were reported.
