BDE: YWN has confirmed the Petira of Michael Moshe Mizrachi a”h, who was caught in the crossfire in Monday’s deadly shooting in Montreal’s Côte-des-Neiges neighborhood.

He was the Jewish civilian killed in the attack that also claimed the life of a Montreal police officer.
