2:20PM EST: The FDNY is currently on the scene of a working structure fire at 5205 New Utrecht Ave, near 52nd Street. A 2nd Alarm has been transmitted, due to heavy fire conditions. There are also reports of people possibly trapped – and firefighters are currently doing searches of the structure.

UPDATE 2:30PM EST: Sources tell YWN NYC that a body has been pulled out of the building, and is reportedly DOA.
