Emergency personnel were on the scene of an MVA on Kings Highway and Nostrand Avenue, Tuesday afternoon. The occupant of one vehicle needed to be extricated by FDNY using the “hurst tool”. There were three vehicles involved in the crash. At least two people were transported to local hospitals.
