“We Saw The Grandeur With Our Own Eyes,” Touring Marketing Executives Say Of Jerusalem Estates

Yerushalayim…It was an eye-opener for the marketing and advertising team of Jerusalem Estates when they toured the construction site just after Pesach. Led by the professionals in charge of the mammoth project, the group was enormously impressed with the progress being made at the luxury development. The team was able to see first-hand what is behind our recent slogans of “beginning to see the grandeur with our own eyes”; and “leading artists are completing the splendor at Schneller.” The visiting group came to see how the major promises inherent in these slogans were actually being fulfilled.

There is no doubt that the central concourse between the buildings where the tour began is the core of the project and a symbol of the impressive urban planning. While standing on both sides of the 5-story buildings, they were able to see the vitality of the central space created by the concourse in the midst of the buildings (about 80 – 145 feet wide). It is a pastoral space that provides light, air and a magnificent view of the inner facades of Jerusalem Estates. This, of course, is in addition to the exterior facades that overlook the panoramic view of Yerushalayim in its full splendor, befitting the high typographical structure of the Schneller camp, in the center of which is the project.

The concourse leads to the well-appointed lobbies, so impressive when they were only animations but now amazingly coming to life in each building. This is another example of how valuable the investment was at the planning stage, when the Feigin Architects took inspiration from world-class hotels. They created wide open spaces (about twenty feet high), welcoming residents and visitors with an elegant gallery in the center and huge arches that usher in the illuminating light and atmosphere from the promenade just beyond.

Luxury That Begins With the Foundation

While visiting the apartments the team saw how the advanced design is expressed in large spaces without pillars and foundation walls, enabling maximum flexibility in the personal interior design tastes of the occupants. The project manager drew attention to the fact that the building castings were done in special formations and with a great deal of thought in preparation for all the pipelines and infrastructures that lead to the apartments. They were done with a great deal of professional precision to minimize the need for additional drilling after the fact.

The fact that the skeleton is still bare makes this an ideal time to appreciate the clear signs of the quality construction that begins with the foundations. The team took note of the parking space pillars gleaming in white that are more fitting for a living room and the meticulously inserted insulated plumbing connections.

The planning of the beams and frames at the concrete casting stage included uniquely cut beams with a precision laser tool. There was also electric cabinets of the highest level and three layers of waterproofing materials that were applied generously even in places that are not customarily required to do so in regular residential projects that are not luxury private homes.

These are only partial examples of the many details that ultimately present the full picture. Those on tour had the impression that the experienced and determined professionals are here to deliver the work to perfection, well beyond the promises that were made at the outset.

The marketing and sales of the apartments continues on a parallel track. More than 90% ($90 million worth) of the first phase of construction has already been sold. Buyers appreciate the fact that the developers are investing an enormous amount of effort to meet all the lofty objectives they set out for this project. They understand that this determination requires creative methods that has led to the extraordinary success of the project.
