One-Pot Ground Beef & Pasta Dinner


This is the best kind of dinner – hearty, delicious and all in one pot! Great for crazy nights in the middle of yom tov prep!!

4 tablespoons oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
2 pounds lean ground beef
2 (15 ounce) cans cream-style corn
2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 (10 ounce) bags egg noodles, cooked and drained

Heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic, onion and peppers. Add ground beef and cook until meat is no longer pink. Stir in corn, sauce, mushrooms and chili powder. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in noodles and serve.
